Get the orders on your rack picked up

Every shop has a rack of finished orders nobody has come back for. Hangr shows what that rack is worth and, once you switch reminders on, emails each customer whose order is still waiting, then stops the moment it's picked up.

From the rack to the pickup

  1. What's waiting on the rack

Today shows how many orders are ready and waiting and what they are worth, so the money sitting on the rack is in front of you every morning.

    On screen: Today

The Ready for pickup tile on Today: how many orders are ready, the money still to collect on them, and what the orders on the rack are worth.
  2. Reminders you switch on

Reminders are off until you turn them on. Choose when the first goes out, after 7 open days to start, and whether a second follows, after 21, and send yourself a test first.

    On screen: Settings → Messages

The Unclaimed-order reminders card in Settings: the switch, the first reminder after 7 open days, a second after 21 open days, and Send me a test.
  3. A plain, polite email

It says the order is ready, what's owed and your hours, with the link to the order page. No 'final notice', and every email has a one-click stop.

    On screen: The reminder email

The reminder email on a phone: the order has been ready since a date, the shop's hours today, a View your order button and the balance due at pickup, with Acme Cleaners' address and Unsubscribe at the foot.
  4. Bring back regulars who stopped coming

Off until you switch it on: one friendly email to a regular who hasn't been in for a while (you choose how long), and never twice in twelve months.

    On screen: Settings → Messages → Win-back

The Win-back card in Settings: the switch and how many days without a visit before the email goes.

Questions about reminders

Hangr is in private beta. Apply with your shop's details. A person reviews every application, and if we can take your shop on, we'll email you a link to set up your account. Every shop gets a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed.

No. Reminders are off until you turn them on in Settings, and you can send yourself a test first.

At most one reminder-type email a week and two a month, whatever you switch on. Order emails, Received and Ready, don't count toward that.

Then it doesn't go. Hangr checks the order is still waiting at the moment it sends.
